By downloading or using the apps from Q Starr LLC, you agree to these terms.

The Apps

• Both apps run completely on your own iPhone and Apple Watch.
• They do not require an account or internet connection to work.
• All your data stays on your device.

License

Q Starr LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Starr AI and Sun Light on your personal Apple devices.

No Warranty

The apps are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that they will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Q Starr LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the apps.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the AI models
• Use the apps for any illegal purpose

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the apps after changes means you accept the new terms.
